For example, the Burton Brothers portrait named as Jno Cowan, 'Partner in draper[']s shop.' Annotations include: Miss Lewellyan Jones (& baby), Mr & Mrs Jno Murray of Collingwood Cottages, R Bolson, Foreman on Harbr Bd, Mrs Harper Exley.
