Provenance is all important when we sell premium wines whether they are New Zealand, Australian or European. We must make sure that the wines have been stored well, at the right temperature and in the right environment, only then can we be sure that the wines have had the storage they deserve.

Also of interest is a collection of Bordeaux wines by the case featuring many good years and many great producers - there will be real interest in these wines as the high price of the 2005 vintage is driving customers to the older vintages that offer relative value and a chance to drink sooner.
