Interstate Longboards

Arch MacDonnell of Inhouse Design has collaborated with artists, fashion designers and graphic designers to create Interstate longboards.

The longboards feature pintail decks with a cut out handle in the tail, trucks that are gravity fed die cast in Canada and 77mm urethane wheels developed with carving, sliding and bombing in mind.

The decks are individually screenprinted with the contributing artist's designs and lacquered for a hard wearing mirror finish. The "unique cut-out" allows the board to be hung as an artwork and also acts as a great handle for the long walk back up the hill. From carving the steep streets to pavement cruising, this board delivers. At 9 plys it builds up momentum quickly and is easy to push around town.
