Entries are now invited for our upcoming Fine Jewels, Watches and Luxury Accessories online auction to be held in May.
We seek entries of branded jewellery collections and gold pieces such as necklets, colliers, bracelets, earrings, bangles and cuffs. Also sought after are Diamond and coloured stone jewellery in the form of hoop and stud earrings, little pendants, bracelets, and dress rings.
Quality timepieces, luxury leather accessories, and designer branded homewares such as tableware, vases and blankets are also much-coveted by our market of buyers.

We are now seeking consignments for our Important Jewels, Watches & Luxury Accessories live auction, set to take place on Sunday 9 June.
This auction is our top tier sales event, showcasing the most prestigious adornments, coveted accessories, and luxury homewares, and should be of interest to discerning connoisseurs and savvy collectors.
For this event we are particularly interested in jewellery in the form of larger Diamond rings, Diamond bracelets and earrings, as well as ornate coloured stone necklets and rings.
In terms of accessories we welcome exclusive Hermès styles such as the Birkin, Kelly and Constance, as well as notable pieces from international maisons including Chanel, Louis Vuitton (both classic and travel accessories), Dior, and Gucci.
Homewares from Versace, Hermès and similar couture brands designing lust-worthy items for refined homes are also being sought.
Timepieces sought include Swiss watch brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, IWC, Omega, and Cartier, to name a few.

About the Department
Whether through live or online auctions or private sales, Webb’s offers a unique and effective method of selling jewellery, watches and luxury accessories at a range of price points to suit the needs of every collector and enthusiast.
Webb’s is at the forefront of the auction market as demand for luxury items increases. Recently, we have seen many dazzling diamond and coloured stone pieces brought to auction and successfully achieve excellent prices. Fine jewellery from renowned international brands including Cartier and Bulgari are always sought after. A good example of this is our recent sale of a Cartier 18ct Juste un Clou Diamond Bracelet, which realised an outstanding price of $13,035.
Another exciting piece was an Omega Speedmaster Cal. 321 Ultraman wristwatch from 1968, which sold for $77,617, well clear of pre-auction estimates.
Specific to the luxury accessories category, auction highlights include a Louis Vuitton Takashi Multicolore Keepall, which sold for $4,859, and Hermes Birkin bags which consistently sell in the multiple thousands, one selling at Webb’s for $40,000.
We meticulously curate an exquisite collection of diamond rings and jewellery spanning a diverse price range from just $100, and all the way through to $500,000 – ensuring that there's a perfect piece for every individual.

Christine is our Head of Fine Jewels, Watches & Accessories. She has come to the team with over 26 years of experience in the jewellery industry, and a breadth of qualifications in Diamond Grader, and AJP GIA qualification. She also holds a Diploma in Fashion Design from Wellington Polytechnic.
These qualifications are paired with rich experience that spans the sector. Christine’s focus was centred around retail sales, bespoke jewellery and wholesale sales, sourcing products regionally and abroad for a New Zealand chain manufacturer, as well as a 4 year appointment at Lester Brand in sales and business development.
Prior to joining Webb’s, her most recent and longest tenure was as a Boutique manager for Partridge Jewellers in Newmarket, a position Christine held with distinction for sixteen years. In this role, Christine worked closely with international jewellery maison’s and Swiss watch brands, with a specialty in Rolex and Tudor.
Marcela Jimenez Ramirez
Gemmologist & Specialist in Fine Jewels, AJP G.G (GIA)

Marcela has over 25 years’ experience in the Jewellery industry, starting her career in South America in the family gemstone wholesale business, which led her to train as a Graduate Gemmologist at GIA’s Santa Monica, California in 1995, to then manage her own Jewellery business, in the early 2000’s in Ft Lauderdale Florida for over five years, and a Gemmological laboratory in Colombia for a decade.
Years later she moved to Auckland New Zealand where she worked with recognized brands such as Rolex and following her passion for jewellery joined Webb’s in 2019 as the Fine Jewels & Watches Specialist, what she loves the most about this job is that there is always something new to learn, and the excitement of discovering the next treasure to auction.
