Bid over the phone (live auctions only)

Buyers’ Premium
A buyers’ premium is added to the hammer price of all vehicles and lots sold within this catalogue. The premium varies dependent on the hammer price of the lot, and this is custom pricing for our Collectors’ Cars department:
$0 - $199,999: 15%+GST
$200,000 - $399,999: 10%+GST
$400,000 and above: 5%+GST
Note—GST is applicable to the buyer’s premium only and not the hammer price. E.g. if the hammer falls at $10,000, you will receive an invoice for $11,725.

Our Department
Since it was established in 2014, our Collectors' Cars, Motorcycles & Automobilia department has grown from strength to strength.
Our team has unparalleled industry knowledge, and just over a decade later we lead the market in selling cars by consignment, either via auction or private sale.
We are here to assist you through the auction process and welcome enquiries about your vehicle. The market for collector’s cars has undoubtedly been subject to broader market changes in recent years, however Webb’s has continued to achieve stellar results during this period.
Webb’s has been instrumental in the development of the New Zealand auction market for luxury collectible vehicles. The success of our auctions is evident in recent highlights, including a 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM AMG Cabriolet which realised a price of $535,000, a 1993 Porsche 964 3.6 Turbo achieving $462,000, and a 1957 Aston Martin DB2/4 MkII, which realised $418,000.
Our team of professionals are available for complimentary auction appraisals of classic, collectable, and vintage motors.
